Even extremely difficult product attributes of bulk materials are no problem for us. In our technology centre in Rödermark/Germany we are in a position to evaluate the conveying and dosing characteristics of materials using most different suction and pressure pneumatic systems. Even the conveyance of plugs with secondary air injection - an own development to be applied for problematic products - can be easily and surely processed.
Mixing - Compounding - Conveying
One of the most important targets of our daily work is to continuously improve the products of our customers. For this purpose our qualified engineers develop the necessary process technologies and adjust the mixer and plant technology to the new process parameters.
All systems of Reimelt Henschel to mix and compound are installed in our technology centre in Kassel ready for trials on customers‘ request.
For first pilot tests an installed laboratory mixer with a capacity starting from 10 l is the ideal solution. Trials under production conditions can be carried-out on mixers up to 600 l, supported by automatic conveying as well as dosing and weighing systems.
A twin-screw compounder of type RHC 55 is available for compounding trials as a matter of course with corresponding peripheral equipment including under-water pelletizing system and strand pelletizing system.
