Reimelt Henschel supplies a new production plant to J&A

J&A Plastics GmbH, Krefeld, an internationally active group of companies for custom-made compounds, has ordered a complete compounding line from Reimelt Henschel MischSysteme to expand their production capacity to 14.000 t/a.

Extensive trials in Reimelt Henschel’s in-house technology centre convinced J&A of the productive efficiency of the new innovative compounder-concept and their expertise in systems technology. This is especially suited for the particular requirements of processing moist polymers as well as maximum product variety.

The compounder as the heart of the production line is integrated into a fully automatic process. Raw material feeding, gravimetric dosing technology, silo storage and packaging as well as fully automatic granulation are part of Reimelt Henschel’s scope of supply.

The new plant will be handed over for production as scheduled in May 2007.
