The quickest route
By car, direction from Hannover or Würzburg (A 7):A 7 exit Kassel-Nord
Follow direction to Kassel city and the route to Airport Calden, turn right at the Dresdener Strasse
Turn right at the 3rd traffic light (view to BMW dealer) to the Scharnhorststraße. Follow signs to Airport Calden til you reach the Holländischer Platz
Turn right in the Holländische Straße (the University of Kassel is on your right hand side)
Follow the Holländische Straße in direction of Airport Calden
At the 3rd traffic light crossing: turn left into the Wiener Strasse (an ARAL petrol station is on your right hand side)
Turn right after 100 meters (traffic light) into the Struthbachweg. Follow this road (speed limit 30 km/h !) till you see the old steam train. You have reached your destination!
By car, direction from Dortmund (A 44):
A44 exit Warburg, turn left in the direction of Warburg
Turn right after 3 km to the direction of Warburg (B7)
Follow B7 for approx. 25 km in the direction of Kassel
City of Kassel: turn right after 2 km of the city border into the Wiener Strasse (direction Daimler Chrysler, Marienkrankenhaus, Rothenberg)
Turn right after 100 meters (traffic light) into the Struthbachweg. Follow this road (speed limit 30 km/h !) till you see the old steam train. You have reached your destination!
